I have formally sent my Nebraska Parkinson’s Policy Letter to the following elected officials and state leaders:

Governor Jim Pillen
Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers
U.S. Senator Deb Fischer
U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts
Nebraska Legislature Speaker John Arch
Nebraska State Senator Bob Andersen
Dr. Steve Corsi, Chief Executive Officer of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services

The letter explains why Nebraska urgently needs a stronger response to Parkinson’s disease and requests action on registry funding, specialized care, research, environmental risk factors, and support for patients and caregivers.

You can read the complete letter, including its sources and detailed policy recommendations, here.

I will share any substantive responses or developments as they occur. Thank you for signing, sharing, and helping ensure that Nebraska’s leaders understand the urgency of this issue.
