We reserve the right to continue our education at NDNU and NOT BE EXPELLED. We will work to keep NDNU open. We reserve the right to help create a vibrant and strong NDNU school and community for the future.

To the Notre Dame de Namur Board of Trustees and Administration:

Given that

1.       We are all current students in good standing at NDNU;

2.       NDNU will remain open until at least May 2021;

3.       According to the Student Handbook, students may be expelled only for misconduct and only after due process involving multiple levels of appeal has been followed;

We the undersigned reserve the right to return to NDNU to continue our college education if we so choose in fall 2020.
