Wildstar. Back when this game was active, it was the best MMO I could find. The combat mechanics, character creation and customization, lore, housing, community and much more. These aspects of the game came together to form something special, something that the likes of which has not been seen again. Wildstar was engaging, fun, had humor and depth. Whether you sided with the Dominion or the Exiles, Wildstar was a great escape from the stresses of everyday life. While Wildstar was marketed heavily on being a game for Hardcore gamers, it provided something for everyone. I myself am not a Hardcore gamer, and fall easily in the category of a casual gamer. I could spend time playing some of the mini-games, working on my housing plot, my trade skills, or simply hopping on my hoverboard and exploring the world while questing. Wildstar was most definitely a "Play it your way" kind of game.

Over the years since the loss of Wildstar, I have tried many games in an attempt to find something to replace Wildstar, and none have been able to. Some have a bit of this or that that seems like it might be close, but none hit the mark. I have heard several reasons that people say for Wildstar getting shut down, but at this point why it is gone doesn't matter. What matters is that there are those who miss it and wish for it to return. Some use their skills to try and re-create the feeling or even re-create the game, while others watch old videos with a sense of remembrance. While I don't have the skills to do the former, and have done the latter more than a few times, I knew there was something I could do. So I made this petition. This my hope to shine a light on what I miss in a hope that others can see it as well. So those who miss it as I do can voice their desire to play Wildstar again, and maybe even attract those who missed their chance the first time around to claim a desire to see what Wildstar has to offer.

Some say that there is no chance of this working. That the people in control of the fate of Wildstar are either too apathetic or malicious toward the game. But impossible things happen everyday, some just require those who seek the impossible to push to achieve it. One should never give up hope. As long as someone holds Wildstar in their hearts and minds, it is never truly gone. But we can always try to bring it back, we can try to revive Wildstar that we can enjoy the game and make new memories.

Now to those who actually hold power over the fate of Wildstar. I hope that this effort by me, and others like me, can bring your attention to our desires and see that there is profits to be made. I know nothing in life is free, and for me, and others like me, to see Wildstar playable again, there has to be incentive for you. I hope that this petition gets enough support to show there is a market for you to serve and profit off of.

In conclusion, lets bring back Wildstar. Lets see Nexus again. Lets make new memories with friends, new and old. To quote Jenny, the Doctor's Daughter, "Planets to save, civilizations to rescue, creatures to defeat... and an awful lot of running to do!" So let's do it, let's save Wildstar.
