The problem we want to solve is for the NCAA to reverse they decision and grant Rasheen Dunn his wavier of eligibility to play for St Johns University. 
It’s said that the NCAA based its decision to deny Rasheen Dunn’s wavier because the athletic director ( Scott Garnett ) of Cleveland State states that Dunn could’ve stayed at Cleveland State despite several teammates leaving the school that he had built relationships with durning last year when he sat out as well as the firing of former coach Dennis Felton. This left the Cleveland State with a fractured basketball program that led to Dunn wanting to transfer again with the optimism of he would be able to play right away for St Johns University because already sat out a season. If Dunn is forced to sit out again for another season this would leave him with only one year of eligibility on his college career. All Rasheen Dunn want to do is to play in front of his family and friends on a bigger stage on a daily basis and want to prove that he can live up to his hype on the big stage of the Big East.  Please help us get the attention of the NCAA and Cleveland States Athletic Director . Let them know that Rasheen Dunn has support all over NYC and the country. Let them know you can’t block kids dream of playing a game he loves because it’s doesn’t benefit a University that made a drastic change in its basketball program that left its players and formers players confused on what to do what’s best for them and they career.
