There needs to be a law against homeowners and landscapers blowing grass and other lawn debris into the roadway. Wet grass clippings on pavement can be as slippery as ice, especially for motorcyclist. There are numerous death/injuries every year caused by this, yet there is no law against it. On a summer Saturday morning I can ride around and see dozens of examples of this dangerous practice.
