Problem: Adam Levine's action toward on one of his artists was utterly selfish and disrespectful by "throwing him under the bus" regardless of the outcome. Right now, we cannot remove coach before the sixteenth season because the blind auditions for the upcoming spring cycle have already taped.

Solution: If NBC renews the show for at the least the seventeenth season, please tell Adam Levine that he needs to leave the show for his good and allow someone else to replace him as a full-time coach who knows on how to show some respect on the artists in development, revolving around talent and experience.

Personal Opinion: To say the least, I will not watch the upcoming sixteenth season of the singing competition because I feel like Adam Levine is an irrelevant person and he doesn't have any respect for the artists with a quality amount of talent at a certain age.
