As you all are aware, Kobe Bryant and his daughter tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash. Kobe inspired me and so many others to pick up a ball and to play to the best of our abilities. He was a true inspiration on and off the basketball court.  

He entertained and passed on valuable knowledge to millions of fans around the world. Having Kobe Bryant as the new NBA logo will be an amazing way to leave an everlasting tribute to one of the greatest players to ever step foot on the court.
