In Pakistan a long-term sex abuse scandal have been exposed in Husain Khanwala village, about 5km from Kasur, were sexually abused and filmed. It was reported that about 280 children, most of them less than 14-year-old, were victims. Their families had also been blackmailed.The news is shocking and repulsive to the core. 

One mother talks about her experiences; "My son ... is in the videos, he is a victim," she said. "Our children were forced into this. They were humiliated. But the police are treating them like criminals."

Two victims said they were threatened with weapons that included knife, an axe and a gun. "He threatened me if I did not compromise, he would kill me on the spot," one said.

We need to support the victims that have been a subject of abuse for many years; psychologically or medically. I am sick to the core reading about these cases and can not think about what these victims must be going through. 

The solution

1) We need to put pressure on the Pakistani Government and judiciary courts to investigate the cases in depth to give speedy justice to victims. We will not STOP until real action is taken.
