Uncharted was one of the best games that all the fans loves. And now that the director of the video game Series there could be a possibly going on to be a 5th Uncharted. Here are all the plots of all the series of the one best uncharted video games. Plots:  

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune- Off the coast of Panama, treasure hunter Nathan "Nate" Drake (Nolan North[8]) and journalist Elena Fisher (Emily Rose[8]) excavate the coffin of English explorer Sir Francis Drake, Nate's supposed ancestor, whose ring (in Nate's possession) has coordinates leading to the location. Instead of a body, the duo find only a small notebook, which Nathan refuses to allow Elena to read.

A small fleet of pirates attack their ship and set it on fire, destroying any record of their find save for the notebook and Elena's camera. After getting her to safety, Nate holds a private discussion with Victor "Sully" Sullivan (Richard McGonagle[8]), his old friend and mentor. Based on clues provided by the notebook, he theorizes that Drake faked his death to cover up the discovery of El Dorado, an ancient city said to be made entirely of gold. Burdened by severe financial problems, Sully persuades him to help find the city, ditching Elena in port, as he fears that a report on the find will summon competitors

The two follow a trail left by Drake to a temple in the Amazon, where they learn that El Dorado isn't a city, but a massive gold statue, which was taken centuries before by Spanish Conquistadors. They follow tracks to a waterfall, where they come across an abandoned U-boat.

A search of the vessel's cabins turns up a missing page from the notebook, pinpointing the statue's location in a former Spanish colony on an uncharted Pacific island Once Nate emerges from the vessel, he and Sully are confronted by another treasure hunter named Gabriel Roman (Simon Templeman[8]), to whom Sully owes a great deal of money. Backed by his partner, archaeologist Atoq Navarro (Robin Atkin Downes[8]), and pirate captain Eddy Raja (James Sie[8]), an old enemy of Nate's, Roman forces Nate to hand over the page and seemingly shoots Sully dead when he tries to intervene. Before he can kill Nate, a loose torpedo charge previously triggered by Nate causes the U-boat to explode, distracting the gang long enough for Drake to escape.

He runs into Elena, who agrees to help him find the statue, and together they use Sully's plane to travel to the old colony The plane is shot down mid-air, separating Nate from Elena when they parachute out. He tracks her to an old fort controlled by Eddy, who traps him and demands that he help him find the treasure. Elena arrives in a stolen jeep and breaks him out, but they are unable to outrun Eddy's men.

Stalling for time, Nate manages to drive the jeep over a cliff and into a lake surrounding the colony's port. Tired, injured, and grieving Sully's death, Nate decides to give up and return home.

Elena convinces him to see Drake's work through, and the two work together to reach the crumbling customs house, where Nate is able to trace the statue to an inland monastery. While on reconnaissance, they discover that Roman has also found the statue with help from the supposedly-dead Sully. While in pursuit, Elena falls through a bridge and reluctantly discards her camera so that Nate can save her.

Nate subsequently catches up to Sully and accuses him of betrayal, to which Sully reveals that he was only pretending to help, having survived Roman's bullet by using the notebook as a shield The trio fights their way through Roman′s men, reaching an underground chamber where Nate believes the statue is buried. Meanwhile, Eddy, consumed by paranoia, warns Roman that an unearthly force has been killing off his men, which the former dismisses as nonsense.

Nate investigates the chamber, finding not the statue but Drake's corpse, with whom he sadly leaves the ring.

A group of zombie-like creatures swarm him and his companions, including Eddy and his bodyguard. In the chaos that follows, Eddy and his man are killed, and Sully disappears. Nate and Elena press on and find themselves in an old Nazi submarine base built into the island. Looking for a way out, Nate finds a letter written by Drake exposing the truth: El Dorado is protected by a curse that turned both the Spanish colonists and the German soldiers into monsters.

Drake sought to destroy it, but the creatures killed him before he could Meanwhile, Elena is kidnapped by Roman, and Nate reunites with Sully and follows him to the statue. Encouraged by Navarro, Roman opens the statue's burial vault, exposing himself to an airborne virus.

As he begins to turn, Navarro guns him down and orders his men to secure the statue so that he can weaponize the virus and sell it. Nate jumps onto the net carrying the treasure connected to the transport chopper while a captive Elena gets the pilot killed, causing it to crash on Navarro's cargo ship. Nate kills the remaining mercenaries and attempts to rescue Elena, only to be attacked by Navarro.

After a fistfight, he pulls her out of the chopper and pushes it overboard, taking Navarro, whose leg is tangled in the rope connected to the net, and the statue with it. Moments later, Sully arrives on a small speedboat loaded with riches from the pirates. Elena surprises Drake by returning his family ring and makes him promise to give her the story she lost. The two then embrace as Sully drives the boat into the sunset

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves- The game begins in medias res: a wounded Nathan Drake (Nolan North) escapes by climbing up from a train hanging off a cliff, before acquiring a phurba in the snow.

The plot cuts to a flashback a few months prior: Nate is approached by his former associate Harry Flynn (Steve Valentine) and his driver/girlfriend Chloe Frazer (Claudia Black) to help steal a Mongolian oil lamp from a Turkish museum, which belonged to Marco Polo and holds the key to his doomed voyage from China in 1292.

The group plan to find Polo's ships and reputed treasure for themselves and cheat Flynn's client but unbeknownst to Flynn, Chloe convinces Nate, her ex-lover, to leave with her once they get their shares. After successfully breaking in, Nate and Flynn find the lamp, which contains flammable blue resin, which lights a map also in the lamp, that shows Polo's fleet shipwrecked in Borneo, carrying the Cintamani Stone, a massive sapphire, from the fabled city of Shambhala.

Taking the map, Flynn double-crosses Nate, leaving him. Nate tries to escape, but is arrested and imprisoned. Three months later, Chloe helps free Nate with the help of old friend Victor Sullivan (Richard McGonagle) and reveals that Flynn is working for Zoran Lazarević (Graham McTavish), a former Soviet intelligence operative turned warlord, who is after the stone. Nate and Sully infiltrate Lazarević's camp in Borneo, with Chloe in Lazarevic's group as a mole. Nate discovers the stone never left Shambhala, and locates the temple where Polo's crew took refuge from a Tsunami but then slaughtered each other.

Nate finds a phurba and a map with a message that its carrier will gain passage to Shambhala through a temple located in Nepal. Nate and Sully escape after being found by Flynn and his men. Sully backs out, so Nate and Chloe continue to the Nepalese city, ravaged by Lazarević's mercenaries in search of the temple. They encounter Nate's ex-girlfriend, journalist Elena Fisher (Emily Rose) and cameraman Jeff (Gregory Myhre) tracking Lazarević to prove the war criminal survived a NATO bombing believed to have killed him. The four reach the temple, where Nate and Chloe use the phurba as a key to uncover Shambhala's location in the Himalayas.

After Jeff is shot in an ambush, Chloe insists on leaving him behind, but Nate and Elena help him, but are caught by Lazarević. Chloe switches sides to maintain her cover while Lazarević kills Jeff and gets the Shambhala location from Nate, who then escapes with Elena. Elena is skeptical about helping Chloe but ultimately helps Nate catch up to Lazarević's train via a stolen jeep. Nate fights through to the front of the train to find Chloe, but she refuses to join him after he compromised their mission to help Jeff and Elena.

Flynn arrives and shoots Nate in the abdomen. Cornered by Flynn’s men, Nate causes an explosion that derails the back portion of the train over a cliff, returning events to the game's beginning as Nate escapes a hanging train car, recovers the phurba and falls unconscious. A Tibetan villager named Tenzin (Robin Atkin Downes) brings Nate to his village and helps him recover.

A few days later, Nate reunites with Elena and is introduced to an old German explorer, Karl Schäfer (Rene Auberjonois) in Tenzin's Village. To convince Nate to continue his quest, Schäfer sends him and Tenzin after the remains of Schäfer's failed expedition for the stone decades ago.

Traveling through ice caves, Nate and Tenzin fight off strange monsters, discovering that Schäfer was working for the Ahnenerbe branch of the SS and killed his men to protect the world from the Cintamani Stone. They return to fight off an attack by Lazarević's men upon the village, but Schäfer is kidnapped with the phurba. Elena and Nate follow Lazarević's convoy to a monastery, where a mortally wounded Schäfer dies after warning Nate to destroy the stone before Lazarević can obtain its terrible power. Nate reconciles with Chloe and reacquires the phurba.

He and Elena then unlock the secret passage to Shambhala underneath the monastery, but Lazarević corners them. With Chloe's cover blown, Lazarević forces Nate to open the gate to Shambhala, but the group is attacked by the same monsters as before.

Lazarević kills them, revealing them as Shambala's disguised human guardians. After opening the gate, more Guardians attack, allowing Nate, Elena and Chloe to escape. After making their way though the city to the main temple of Shambhala, the group discovers that the Cintamani Stone is, in fact, a giant amber of the blue resin embedded in a prehistoric tree of life. Shambhala's true prize is the blue sap of the tree, which makes its consumer nearly invincible, explaining the mutated guardians and Polo's doomed crew.

A wounded Flynn ambushes them, killing himself with a grenade, seriously wounding Elena. Nate leaves her in Chloe's care and sets off to confront Lazarević at the base of the tree. He arrives just as Lazarević drinks the tree's sap, which renders him nearly indestructible. By shooting the explosive pockets of resin near Lazarević, Nate defeats him and leaves him to be killed by the guardians.

As the city crumbles under the collapse of the tree and the exploding resin, Nate and Chloe carry Elena to safety. Back in the village, Chloe counsels Nate to tell Elena that he loves her, before bidding him farewell. Sully leaves a recovering Elena to Nate.

The couple pays their respects at Schäfer's grave before sharing a kiss. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception- Two years after the previous game, Nathan "Nate" Drake (Nolan North) and Victor "Sully" Sullivan (Richard McGonagle) enter a pub in London to meet with a man named Talbot (Robin Atkin Downes), who is interested in purchasing Nate's ring belonging to his ancestor Sir Francis Drake.

The duo accuse Talbot of offering them counterfeit banknotes, and a fight ensues. Outside the pub, they are subdued by Charlie Cutter (Graham McTavish), Talbot's cohort. Talbot's employer, Katherine Marlowe (Rosalind Ayres), appears and steals Drake's ring. Cutter then shoots Sully and Nate.

A flashback 20 years earlier finds a 15-year-old Nate (Billy Unger) exploring a museum in Cartagena, Colombia, in search of the ring, and seeing a younger Sully, unknown to him at this point, who is working with Marlowe to retrieve the ring.

Nate is caught by Marlowe and her henchmen, but Sully rescues him from the agents and takes the boy on as his protege. Returning to the present day, it is revealed that the meeting was an elaborate set-up by Nate and Sully to track down Marlowe, with Cutter being a friend of theirs. With the help of Chloe Frazer (Claudia Black), they trace Marlowe's car to an underground library, where they manage to retrieve T. E.

Lawrence's notebook and a map showing Francis Drake's secret voyage to Arabia, where he was commissioned by Queen Elizabeth I and the infamous John Dee to search for the lost city of Ubar. Using these items, Nate works out that clues to the city's location lie in Crusader crypts in a French chateau and a Syrian citadel.

He and Sully head to eastern France and locate the long-abandoned chateau in a dense forest. They find one half of an amulet inside the crypt, but are ambushed by Talbot, who takes the amulet. Suddenly, flesh-eating spiders appear and kill one of Talbot's men, but Nate and Sully narrowly escape them. Talbot and his men then set the chateau on fire. Nate and Sully escape and quickly head to Syria.

In Syria, Nate and Sully meet up with Chloe and Cutter, who have learned that Marlowe is the head of the same order to which Francis Drake belonged, which seeks to gain power by exploiting the fears of their enemies. The group finds the second crypt and the other half of the amulet (encountering more spiders), revealing the location of the next clue in Yemen. As they escape Marlowe's men and the citadel, Cutter breaks his leg.

Chloe and he both decide they can't continue the quest further, though Nate promises to do so for them. In Yemen, Nate reluctantly seeks the aid of his estranged wife Elena Fisher (Emily Rose), who, despite multiple vain attempts to get them to abandon their quest, helps them locate an underground tomb where they discover the location of the lost city within the vast Rub' al Khali desert (once again encountering spiders).

Back above ground, Nate is shot with a hallucinogenic dart and wanders off on his own. He wakes up outside a café with Marlowe and Talbot, where Marlowe is shown to have accumulated documents concerning Nate's childhood, revealing that Nate started using the name Drake after growing up in the St Francis orphanage upon his mother's suicide and being abandoned by his father.

She threatens Nate to reveal the location of Ubar. When Talbot gets news of Sully's location, Nate breaks free and gives chase to Talbot throughout the city, but is knocked out and kidnapped by Rameses, a pirate working for Marlowe, who interrogates him for information about Iram of the Pillars and who claims to have captured Sully.

Nate escapes captivity and searches for Sully on the pirates' captured cruise ship. However, he discovers that Rameses lied about having Sully and detonates a grenade, causing the ship to start sinking.

Before Nate can escape, Rameses shoots the ship's glass ceiling causing the tipped-over ship to flood and killing himself, but Nate manages to escape. Nate is washed ashore back in Yemen.

He is reunited with Elena, who informs him that Sully was indeed captured by Marlowe's men and taken on a convoy into the Rub 'al Khali with Sully being forced to lead them to Ubar.

They decide to attempt a rescue by sneaking onto a cargo plane due to airdrop supplies to Marlowe's convoy. Nate successfully infiltrates the plane but is discovered on board by Marlowe's men and a shoot-out ensues.

A large explosion occurs on the plane resulting in a massive decompression which tears the plane apart. Falling through the sky, Nate is able to land safely on the desert floor by grabbing hold of a cargo pallet and deploying its parachute.

After wandering the desert hopelessly, without water, Nate encounters Marlowe's men before being rescued by a troop of men on horseback led by a Bedouin named Salim (TJ Ramini). At the Bedouin's encampment, Salim tells Nate that the city of Ubar was doomed thousands of years ago by King Solomon when he imprisoned evil Djinn within a brass vessel and cast it into the heart of the city.

Salim agrees to help Nate and leads him to the convoy, which they destroy while rescuing Sully. They ride into a nearby sand storm, but Nate and Sully lose Salim amidst the dust as they arrive at the gates of Ubar.

Upon entering Ubar, Nate and Sully come across a water fountain that Nate drinks from. Suddenly Talbot appears with Marlowe and shoots Sully, killing him. Overcome with rage and vengeance, Nate gives chase and encounters more of Marlowe's men, who seem to have been possessed by the Djinn.

He experiences vivid hallucinations of his past and of Sully, before eventually coming to his senses and finding his mentor alive.

The true mystery of what happened to the people of Ubar thousands of years ago becomes apparent: when King Solomon cast the brass vessel that had the minerals that caused hallucinations, into the depths of the well beneath the city, it tainted the water with a powerful hallucinogenic agent, which caused Nate to imagine Sully was shot and killed.

 

Nate realizes that the vessel is what Queen Elizabeth had sent Francis Drake to find, but after learning the consequences of his quest, Drake abandoned his mission.

Thus the two figure the brass jar and the drug within is what Marlowe is really after. Nate and Sully search the city and locate Marlowe, who is using a winch to pull the brass vessel from the waters.

Sully is nearly killed by Talbot, but Nate destroys the winch and accidentally blows up the central cistern of Iram, causing the city to begin to collapse around them. Marlowe and Talbot corner Nate and Sully but the floor gives way, throwing Marlowe into a sinkhole. Despite Nate's attempt to save her, Marlowe sinks to her death, taking Drake's ring with her.

As Ubar collapses, Nate and Sully fight Talbot, who is shot and falls into the sinkhole. Salim rides in to rescue them as the city is engulfed by the desert sands. Nate and Sully return to the airport in Yemen where Sully gives back Nate's wedding ring, which he secretly kept safe when Nate and Elena separated.

Elena joins them and Nate offers her his wedding ring again. The two embrace with the promise of a fresh start, and the three fly back home on Sully's new sea plane (similar to the one from the first installment).

Uncharted 4: A Thiefs End- The game begins in medias res with treasure hunter brothers Nathan "Nate" (Nolan North) and Samuel "Sam" Drake (Troy Baker) driving toward an island in a storm while fighting off armed thugs in boats before their boat is scuttled.

Years before, when Nate (Britain Dalton) is living in the St. Francis orphanage, he is visited by Sam (Chase Austin), who was kicked out for criminal activities.

After helping him sneak out, Sam tells Nate he is leaving for a job that will keep him away for a few years, before cheering him up by telling him that he knows where their late mother's effects were sold.

Years later (before the events of the first game), the two are on the trail of infamous pirate Henry Avery, who enacted the largest heist in history in 1695, with plunder worth 400 million dollars taken from the Mughal Ganj-i-Sawai (anglicized the Gunsway).

Teaming up with wealthy treasure hunter Rafe Adler (Warren Kole), the brothers sneak into a Panamanian jail where Avery's first mate, Burnes, was hanged.

Aided by corrupt guard Vargas (Hemky Madera), Nate sneaks into Burnes' tower cell, where he finds a St. Dismas cross with the inscription digna factis recipimus (Latin: "we receive the due reward of our deeds") (Luke 23:41), that points to the treasure being in the St. Dismas cathedral in the Scottish Highlands.

When the three try to leave, Vargas, who has discovered what they are after, tries to blackmail them into giving him a cut. Rafe responds by stabbing him to death, but not before he can fire his gun, alerting the guards and forcing them to flee.

Sam is shot during the escape, leaving Nate so distraught at his apparent death that he gives up the search while Rafe continues without him. Fifteen years later (three years after the third game) Nate has retired from treasure hunting and works for a salvage company in New Orleans while attempting to enjoy a peaceful life with his wife Elena (Emily Rose), though he misses the life of adventure.

One early morning, he is visited at the office by Sam, who explains that he was saved by doctors and sentenced to life imprisonment for Vargas's death. However, he claims that he was broken out by his cellmate, drug lord Hector Alcazar (Robin Atkin Downes), who gives Sam three months to find the treasure or suffer his wrath.

Though reluctant at first, Nate eventually agrees to help Sam while telling Elena that he's taken a salvage job in Malaysia. After learning of a cross similar to the one in Panama being sold at auction at the Rossi estate in Italy, the two team up with Nate's mentor Victor "Sully" Sullivan (Richard McGonagle) and sneak into the auction to steal it.

Also at the auction is Rafe, who has subsequently hired the services of Nadine Ross (Laura Bailey) and her private military company, Shoreline. After several close calls, they manage to steal the cross, inside which is a map hinting that the next clue is not in the St. Dismas cathedral, but the graveyard near it.

Arriving in the Scottish Highlands and sneaking past Shoreline soldiers, Nate and Sam find a series of passages under one of the tombs leading to a room with a scale: on one side is another cross and on another is a group of copper coins. Seeing through the trick, Nate makes Sam take one of the coins, which reveals a map pointing to King's Bay in Madagascar.

They are cornered by Nadine, who Sam tricks into springing the scale's trap allowing the two to escape. During this time, Nate begins to suspect that Avery was recruiting other pirates for something. Following a clue in the form of an engraving of a volcano on the coin, the three head to a dormant volcano in King's Bay.

Inside, they learn that Avery, Thomas Tew, and ten other pirates pooled their treasures together into one massive hoard. The next clue to the hoard's location is in one of twelve towers in King's Bay.

Though Shoreline searches them all, another marking on the other side of the coin narrows it to two. While Sam goes to one, Nate and Sully go to the other, which turns out to be the right one.

After circumnavigating the various tests, Nate realizes where they're headed. Before he can tell Sam, he is contacted by Rafe, who reveals that he has been tracking them using the GPS in their phones and tries to get him to give up the chase.

Nate refuses and, after disposing of the phone, rescues Sam from Rafe's men. Back at the hotel, Nate and Sam explain to Sully that the clues point to Libertalia, a remote pirate colony of which Avery and the other captains seem to be the Founders.

Before they can set out, Nate is confronted by Elena, who has realised he was lying to her and is not happy. Further angered when she meets Sam, whom Nate had never mentioned, she leaves, and when Nate refuses to give up the quest to go after her, Sully goes instead.

Now alone, Nate and Sam set out for Libertalia, following more clues on several remote islands that eventually point to the right one.

Returning to where the story began, Nate washes up on the shore of the island and, after several fights with Shoreline, finds Sam.

Together, they make it to Libertalia, where they find evidence of a civil war between the Founders and the colonists after the Founders stole all the gold for themselves.

In the Treasury building, they learn that, to protect the gold, the Founders moved it to the town of New Devon on the other side of island. On the way, they are cornered near a cliff by Rafe, who reveals that he was the one who released Sam from jail; Hector Alcazar died six months ago in a shootout in Argentina. As Nate reels from the deception, Rafe deems him no longer needed and tries to shoot him.

Sam takes the bullet with his shoulder, but Nate is still knocked off the cliff. Nate is found alive by Elena, who changed her mind and found him with help from Sully.

Nate then tells her the truth about himself: when he and Sam tried to steal their mother's possessions, they were caught by Evelyn (Merle Dandridge), an old woman who lived there.

Upon learning who they were, she revealed that their mother, Cassandra Morgan, was a historian who worked for her, specializing in Francis Drake. After the woman suddenly died due to her failing health, the two fled with their mother's journal and honored her theory about Drake having illegitimate descendants by changing their names from Nathan and Samuel Morgan, to Nathan and Samuel Drake.

They stayed together from then until Sam's supposed death. Understanding that his past was too painful for him to discuss, Elena agrees to help Nate save Sam, as he no longer cares about the treasure.

On the way to New Devon, they discuss Rafe and Nadine's motivations: he wants to build his own reputation, while she wants to repair that of her family and company. In Tew's house in New Devon, they learn that he and Avery poisoned the other Founders and tried to leave with the treasure.

Arriving at Avery's house, they enter its catacombs and, avoiding numerous traps, arrive at a ship graveyard, where they save Sam from Shoreline and Sully saves Nate.

Though Nate seems to convince Sam to give up, he changes his mind after they're separated. The three try to follow him, but Elena and Sully are soon unable to continue, forcing Nate to go alone.

He eventually arrives at the cavern containing Avery's ship and the treasure, where he sees Rafe force Nadine (who is satisfied with the smaller caches dotted around Libertalia and wary of Avery's traps) to assist him in securing the ship.

Soon after, a triggered trap causes an explosion on the ship, which Nate runs onto to find the treasure and Sam trapped under a beam. Though Rafe has Nadine disarm Nate, she then turns on Rafe.

Pointing out the corpses of Avery and Tew, who killed each other over the treasure, she notes the demise that obsession with the treasure brings, and leaves the three of them behind on the burning ship while she flees.

Fed up with the Drakes and wanting the treasure for himself, Rafe engages Nate in a duel using Avery and Tew's swords, which ends with Nate dropping a net full of gold on top of Rafe, crushing him.

Nate creates another explosion that floods the room, allowing him to free Sam, and they return to their friends and leave in Sully's plane. Nate and Elena return home while Sam and Sully decide to partner up. Back home, Nate's boss announces that he's selling the company, and Nate is the new owner.

Elena explains that Sam gave her what little gold he got from Libertalia and she plans to revive her old show, acknowledging that they both still need some adventure in their life.

Their first job: the one in Malaysia he lied to her about.

Years later, a graying-haired Nate has indeed permanently retired from treasure hunting.

He and Elena are living in a beach house with their teenage daughter Cassie (Kaitlyn Dever). When Cassie discovers objects from her parents' adventures, Nate decides to tell her their story.
