Petition for Transparency and Fair Pricing at Naturals Club

To: The Manager & Owner of Naturals Club, Faisalabad

We, the undersigned members of Naturals Club, Faisalabad, are deeply disappointed and concerned about the recent announcement regarding the new subscription charges for club facilities, effective April 28, 2025.

During the membership recruitment process, it was explicitly told by sales staff & management that the monthly charges for family membership, excluding golf facilities, would range between PKR 10,000 and 12,000.

However, the recently shared schedule of charges far exceeds these amounts. This inconsistency not only imposes a financial burden but also undermines trust and transparency between the club and its valued members.

The pricing model outlined in the communication includes separate charges for each amenity, resulting in significantly higher monthly costs. Moreover, these changes were introduced without prior discussion or consultation with members.

We respectfully urge the management to address these concerns by:

• Providing a clear explanation for the discrepancies between the advertised membership charges and the current pricing.
• Revisiting and revising the new charges to align with the original commitment made during membership recruitment.
• Establishing a transparent and member-inclusive process for any future changes to subscription fees or facility usage policies.

We remain committed to being part of Naturals Club and contributing to its growth and success. However, we believe that maintaining honesty, transparency, and fairness is paramount for fostering a positive relationship between the management and its members.

We trust that the management will take prompt and thoughtful action to address this matter.
