Reconsecrate the Philippines, united with all the Bishops to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
The Issue

To all the Bishops in the Philippines
We, the concerned Filipino Catholics, are humbly imploring to Reconsecrate the Philippines to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as a whole Pueblo Amante de Maria, a Nation who loves our Blessed Mother, under the patronage of the Most Holy and Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Both in the Bull of Pope Gregory XIII entitled "Illius fulti praesidio" dated February 6, 1578 and of Pope Pius XII, Apostolic Letter "Impositi Nobis" dated September 12, 1942) abiding to the promise of Our Lady in Fatima a century ago to protect us from all calamities and unrests, especially in this time of COVID 19 Pandemic, where the bishops and the clergy will lead simultaneously the Reconsecratory Prayers, and the lay faithful must participate and air them on various platforms of media, even on their own homes.
As Filipino Catholic Laity, we solemnly agree also to Reconsecrate the Philippines into the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary on her special day - May 13, 2020, because in these times of danger and trouble, the Immaculate Heart of Mary is a way also to our Refuge, our Triumph and our pillar of Faith. And also that may God's wrath may be averted from us, through her never-failing intercession.
As we all know that Mary is the only way to our Lord Jesus Christ, we ask her Humble, Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart to show also pity on us poor sinners who have offended our Lord's heart so much in every outrage, sacrilege and indifference.
Let us ask the conversion of the poor sinners in this time of COVID19 pandemic. United with one faith, under the "manto" (mantle) of her protection, we sign this petition, in order to make it possible to reconsecrate our beloved nation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, so as we, with humble trust, partake of her promise to protect us once more, from this pandemic and from other calamities.
"Tibi cordi tuo immaculato concredimus nos ac consecramus"
(To your Immaculate Heart, we entrust and consecrate ourselves)
