Oct 4,  My family and I made a decision might be in our best interest to leave Texas and go to where I grew up in VA and start a new life,leaving behind vindictive,controlling family that resides near us!! Not two hours later our vehicle was stolen from our driveway with Intent to render us helpless in fending for our family!! Same afternoon my wife had to asked her mother whom was the one that removed the vehicle without our knowledge picked up our baby girl from school and made a false allegation to cps if neglect on my behalf. That neglect being my wife and myself arguing and becoming physical in front of her...Cps showed up didn't want to speak with me whatsoever and asked my wife to come outside!! She did so and the caseworker told her of such allegation,that it was against myself (father),and that I wouldn't be able to see my baby again unless thru her and she had few forms for her asking for a  signature...Now my wife is greatest wife,mother I know and never and one speeding ticket in her life...Caseworker says to her," whether u sign or not u are still gonna do it!" I approached to see what was going on and was talked to like an animal,laughed at smirked at and made aware of the alleagtion And told same as my wife!! My world stopped that day,I was in total disbelief and outta anger,asked god," how could u let this happen,this can't be!! Beginning of our nightmare!! Caseworker told her sign placement or our baby girl would be placed in foster care, now her mother whom we've since found out was the alledger was  my wife's choice and  had signed for her to go there cause we had no choice for we felt like she would be safe and our baby girl amelia loves her unconditionally!! Now my wife wasn't aware of the other contents of the paperwork!! Anyway the caseworker advised my wife to go pack a bag that she was gonna take her to her mothers!!? Confused she asked why,and she explained her mother had told her I was abusive and my wife advised her otherwise and the caseworker was livid!! So the stipulations were I leave the home and be rendered homeless,or my wife go to her mothers,mother's, way we weren't to be around one another period. We were absolutely devastated...In an 8 yr happy marriage never no allegations of neglect,no police reports of domestic violence. Jus myself,my wife and our 5 yr old whom God gave us on December 25,2015 after we were told we would never be able to conceive!! So obviously our angel and gift from above and we showered her with love and gifts and spoiled her like no other!! Simply amazing and we have never as much as spanked her bottom!! The smartest most beautiful creature on God's given earth!! Amelia Kate Noel Hutchinson!! Daddy's Lil girl!! So the caseworker left without speaking to me and our lives been upside down/ inside out!! Said she'd be in touch...Later next afternoon my wife gets a call from cps caseworker saying things had changed since ce she hadn't up and left and went to her mother's and left me by my lonesome...and now the stipulations placed against me now pertained to her herself and we were beside ourselves. Now I understand fully why she would believe every word my mother in law said casue she is the most perfect person I know,on the surface loving,caring and God willing woman,always had my respect and figured if she raised the woman I call my wife,she had to be perfect and I would never think of disrespecting the woman whom conceived in my eyes,"greatest woman in the world!!.."Since we have been thru the ringer with cps, restraining order,coaching my mother in law every aspect and changing stipulations one after another and even going as far as lying in court to obtain a court order,and then changing rhat court order to what she wanted it to be. We've been kept from any contact whatsoever and unable to even obtain legal counsel in this co Johnsons Co Texas which in my belief is because of the continued cry out for help via consumer relations,IA and even the deputy directors while they sir back and think it's funny while they twist and turn any to every law or due process imaginable to make us submit period!! Well it's not funny,we're not laughing and we refuse to be run over and u should as well. This is a global crisis and happening in neighborhoods and right next door all around the globe ams uts sickening and needs to be addressed. So instead if submitting and feeling like nothing u can do,or like ur backed n a corner!! Speak out and join the fight as we will go to Any lengths for amelia to have her home where she belongs,and u should fir ur children as well!! I mean what kind if parents would we be if we ius lay down and let this continue to happen. Sign this petition and let's finally put an end to the corruptiont that cps and family courts all over the globe before this happens to u and urs!! Justice for amelia!! And justice for all!!
