Nigerian education curriculum, especially STEM curriculum in public tertiary institutions, needs to be reviewed to address the global reality.

Several lecturers in Nigeria still teach students off of the notes they used while they were in universities over 30 years ago. In serious academic environments, you cannot use a 5th edition book to pass instructions to students when there is a 7th edition available. 

Universities should review and upgrade their curriculum to face global realities!
