Help end the  a crisis across the United States . Millions of animals are being euthanized yearly. Shelters are over crowded. Rescues are drowning. People are dumping their animals on the streets to fend for themselves. They move and leave the animals in an abandoned house. Backyard breeders are exploiting animals.We must demand a National Registry for abusers and neglecters! Anyone who abuses or neglects must not be able to have an animal again! If there was a national data base it would literally save lives!
