Calling for all to share the change.org/optoutmedical petition that will be sent to the Human and Health Services that provide all aspects of care for individuals including human experimentations to stop. HHS also controls certain parts of the medical in the military as well. Here we will petition HHS to create policies to endeavor on helping non informed consent individuals to acquire reparations and opting out of illegal human experimentation,
