Dear respected sir/madam we are pharm.d doctors it is very very painful for us sir as there no no single notification for our jobs or posts in village clinics or area hospitals or phc since 2008 during this 3months nearly 5-6 official state and central  govt notifications for nursing ,b.pharm and d.pharm graduates were released we depressed alot..  sir we studied 6yrs and trained from 3rd yr in hospitals ...sir..numnber. of times we approached cm sir other politicians  wherever cm  goes during his official meets we gave our representations..please  sir consider us govt is spending 68000/student nearly 80 crores overall.... we have studied human anatomy physiology , pathophysiology, microbiology, pharmcology in-depth for 3yrs..,pharmcotherapeutics  Which includes almost  all acute/chronic/metabolic/infectious/psychiatry disorders and diseases, toxicology (which includes whereas poision and Medico legal cases -treatments) biochemistry ,medicinal chemistry,5th yr one project in the hospital under senior consultant doctor,multiple case presentations,coming to final intern housy we have 6mnths  General medicine postings and 6months in other various departments please sir if need keep entrance exams or interviews  and consider us too not only nursing,other pharmcy graduates and we are not against to them please sir try to understand our heartburning feelings..till now there is no single notification For us at central,state and district levels ,but they gave a promise word tha will consider us  we continuously begging  tilldate after all these there is no even single post for us at district dmho level als because pci haven't made any OFFICIAL GAZETTE OR G.O that we can be recruited as assistant doctors or jr drs or dmo s under supervision of senior consultants even "clinical pharmacist  " name itself creating huge mess and confusion to other state health departments and public because they don't know and it is worthless according to present scenario of Indian medical system because how an mci recognised senior consultant dr will allow us to touch or recheck his prescription because it is not abroad medical system..sir please swe are not for dispensing medicines  also it's not our duty ...our duties is to patient clinical care , treatment, case sheets work and can work as assistant drs for senior consultants and sr residents as jr drs and dmos  please sir utilise us 68000/student Is not a small amount that your spending in fee re-embersements on us but even state health and dmho are recognising only nursing graduates and b.pharm and diploma pharmcy graduates whereas we are equivalent to pg graduates ..but still we had a hope and trust  We are able to work confidently in phc and village clinics  and govt hsptls  as we had good clinical medical practice and knowledge. Because during our internship we have written nearly 200+ cases and case presentations on different cases as our internal assessments exams please sir i have explained each and every Scope of our medical knowledge utilise us and show a path for us sir if not in coming days  there will be a pharmd doctors suicides and there will be serious condemnations that we have to start because at state level some are considering us as arogyamitras which is very much embarrassing our self respects there will be pharmd doctors suicides as it was waste for us because no recognition ,jobs,posts don't mix us with bpharm and d pharm because even manufacturing companies won't recruit us Because we ment for patients care on clinical side our position is like dancing on top of the hill with Prefix Dr before our names justfor namesake  drs.. please sir kindly consider us and utilitie us in even in this covid situation we are ready to serve the pts at rural or village level area.govt hsptls.we are not against to nursing or anyother pharmcy graduates or not a competition to mbbs drs just  think in our place 6yrs of our life no single govt post notifications for pharm.d doctors ...what we have to do by studying all those diseases,therapies,drugs,clinical postings ..is to work in software companies?? Or to dispense medicines??! Most of us are medical passion graduates but due to reservations we lost but we have got that passion with pharmd but finally we got strucked we don't have hope on that bloody ruthless mercyless money minded  pci giving permissions to no of unfit infrastructured pharmacy colleges without any faculties and proper hospital linkups.. which makes our lifes like this.. even we haven't been a rmp because of only negligence board in the world pci just makes our lifes like this but finally we trust our state govts show some  path for our 6yrs of clinicals please sir if pci haven't take any proper action about pharmd doctors postings there will be huge fight in coming days because we vexed by seeing all other health sector notifications being a drs
