Thanks to your support we helped persuade NOAA's National Marine Fisheries to eliminate wire leaders from all deepset longlines in Hawaii. This will help survival of endangered oceanic white tip and silky sharks and will prevent many other species from drowning.  The law goes into effect May 31, 2022.
