Hello and thanks to everyone for your continued support. I've had a reply from NICE, it doesn't say a great deal and avoids my questions so I've sent another email.....I also know that Brian Lamb and Jim Fitzpatrick MP are still waiting for a response to their requests. Please can I ask for anyone to write and keep the pressure on NICE to review the criteria .There is enough evidence from professionals to show this is required. If you can contact them please do so - nice@nice.org.uk Debi Vickers at UCL has kindly given me permission to share some information. Unfortunately I'm not sure how I can share this directly from here. So I've posted this on my Facebook page Cochlear Implant petition and also on the Facebook page Cochlear Implant UK. help and support. Vera Brearey has wrote for the limping chicken about the debate, sharing her own experiences. http://limpingchicken.com/2017/03/31/vera-brearey-my-thoughts-on-parliaments-adjournment-debate-about-nices-cochlear-implant-rules/ NADP conference on 6th May - details are on their Facebook page....
