I have emailed NICE and wrote directly to Sir Andrew Dillon at NICE. I'm also aware that Jim Fitzpatrick has requested a meeting and Brian Lamb has asked contacted the 'stakeholder' asking again when they will start the review. If you look at Appendix B you will see who was consulted last time. In my letter I have asked again for professionals and patients to be consulted and listed several key professionals / organisations as a minimum who need to be involved.
