Request Denied (What a Surprise!)
Hello all,
NICE have denied the Freedom of Information Act Request. I have completed a Internal request and that has been denied. I have now just completed a complaint via the Information Commissioner Office.
NICE believe they have provided the public with enough information upon how they came to their cruel decisions. As I am sure you all agree this is untrue. We are are unable to analysis the evidence without knowing what the references are such as the literature reviews, randomised controlled trials and similar. In addition, if we were to go ahead with a judicial review, we would need this information and there is a time limit upon when we can submit paper work for a judicial review.
What does this sound like to you? I know what it sounds like to me.
