Hi Everyone, My humble apologies for leaving the petition hanging. We're NOT dead! I thought of the petition the other day when I purchased a Met shirt from Sota Stick (https://sotastickco.com/products/long-live-the-met-tee). Seriously, you should buy it! I live in Milwaukee and wore it today to work with my North Stars/Wild alumni jersey (we get to wear sports jerseys on Friday during football season). One would be surprised how many customers at my work LOVE the North Stars even here in Wisconsin! As I was researching for the petition again, I noticed back in August, that we had an article by Kool 101.7 (http://kool1017.com/sign-a-petition-to-bring-back-minnesota-north-stars-history/)! Thank you, Chris Allen! What is the next step? Attempt to get more sigs. I've asked the Facebook groups to share the petition again. I have tweeted Lou Nanne, Mike Modano, Michael Russo, and Paul Allen. I'm not expecting any of them to share the petition, but we have to try. I'm going to edit the description of the petition to make it more clear what we want. I'm then going to eventually sent a link to Wild executive John Maher, who was quoted in this article (http://www.startribune.com/minnesota-and-the-north-stars-a-love-lost-but-not-forgotten/376008371/). Before I do that, I want to obtain more signatures and comments from people who care. I might end up sponsoring an ad on change.org to help grow the petition. We'll see what these attempts do first before I get to that stage. Please share a link to the petition with all your Minnesota hockey loving friends! Share with your NHL loving friends!
