The Issue
To convince the NHCP to convene its Flag Study Group(FSG)to start off the process of approving this 9-rayed flag for the Republika Federal ng Pilipinas.
This updated flag contains the symbol of the 4core values; Maka-Dios, Makatao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa that redefines the Filipino community(Sambayanan) recited in our Pledge of the Flag(Sec.25;chap.1(f);RA8491
Likewise the same updated flag fixes the error of the flag's color description in Sec.1 ArtXVI; 1987 Constitution which omits yellow, our actual flag's fourth color
