Due to new toll plaza in Bhagan, persons commuting from Delhi to panipat, karnal, ambala and chandigarh are facing problem. There is massive jam as well as toll is too heavy on tax payers pockets. There are already 2 toll barriers from delhi to karnal and this is the 3rd one. Although the roads are still under construction but they started taking toll. Traffic Jam is also increased due to this toll and we have to pay even if we waited for 15 mins in queue(as per rule if we waited for more than 3 mins we don’t have to pay the toll). Please sign this petition and share it so that government can take some action. As multiple tolls in such small distance is not at all sensible and causing problem to citizens.
