Bring the Chargers back to San Diego and sell the team to the City of San Diego!

Admittedly, I know almost nothing about football, but what I lack in pigskin knowledge I make up for in business knowledge. We can all agree the Charger's move to Los Angeles was a disastrous, purely money driven business deal conjured up by the Spanos Family to further their wealth, which in return showed absolutely no loyalty to the City of San Diego and it's people. Dean Spanos and his family wanted the taxpayers to foot the bill for a multi billion dollar stadium for a losing team, of which he didn't feel compelled to put any of his own money towards.
Rather than show his loyalty and dedication to the city, the people and the Charger's brand, Dean Spanos and his family spent $650,000,000.00 (six hundred fifty million dollars) to relocate to Los Angeles, yet wasn't willing to contribute any money towards a new stadium. This move was strictly business driven and had no regard or concern for the city of San Diego and showed no loyalty to the people of the city either. That money would have paid for at least half the cost of a new stadium here in San Diego. Shame on the Spanos family for being egotistical, greedy and just flat out nasty! Sign this petition if you believe the NFL should force the Chargers to relocate back to San Diego, the team's true home of the last 60 years and force the Spanos family to sell the team to the City of San Diego, truly making the team rooted as a permanent part of San Diego and it's history. The City can then redevelop the Mission Valley stadium site and truly make the team an asset of The City and it's people.
