We need a paradigm shift in the affairs of the GRNMA. Our Association has constantly disregarded the concerns of members. Only a selected few get the opportunity to attend congresses and conference. Most districts are not represented making it difficult for the voices from the grassroot to be heard at the national level.

It is therefore in this regard that we petition the national council, the national executive commitee and the general assembly of the GRNMA to expand the number of delegates who attend national conferences and congresses to include 2 representatives from each district in addition to the regional executives.
