We are averaging about "one thousand signatures" per day! And that is good news. It brings us that much closer to the demands concerning national action. We truly have "no time to waste" and the world has all witnessed the tragedy of a murder for which justice was not given. Yet, thousands more are dependent and reliant upon a system which admits it's "flaws and failures" yet presents no indication nor desire to correct or amend them. We cannot leave a dysfunctional system "such as it is". We must demand the corrections and adjustments that are needed and NO is not an option. Who can deny such changes when lives are on the line? The transparency of the murders committed by police are blatant and the "swiftness" in which they are absolved of all responsibility, conveys the gravity of their callous indifference. In no form or fashion are we to refrain from a demand for "national action". It is an embarrassment for those who govern the country for people to "call out to you" to make you "see and hear" the murders of the unarmed and unprotected - while they themselves "arm those over seas" in an attempt to protect their people! The focus must be returned to the home front instead of the ":backyard" of ones neighbor.
