Our signatures have not risen to the magnitude of the atrocities being committed! As you will see in this report 99% of all complaints of excessive force and police brutality are left uninvestigated. Out of hundreds of complaints only 1% are investigated. The rest are dismissed as "frivolous". This action must be pulled into the forefront by the efforts of each and every one of us.
