The family and their attorney demand justice for 43 year old William Green, who was handcuffed and shot 7 times while seated in the front seat of a police cruiser! He was restrained by a seatbelt while he was seated and posed NO THREAT or HARM to anyone. So what provoked  officer Micheal Owen to get into the driver's side of the cruiser and fire 7 SHOTS killing the 43 year old father? Making matters worse, he was already being investigated for prior shooting which was also fatal! He has since been charged and arrested for this latest murder. But a conviction is needed and being demanded along with compensation for life wrongfully taken. But we've seen this over and over again where a life wrongfully taken does not result in Justice! We hope that is not the case here but take nothing for granted. Not even the fact the victim was "handcuffed" and murdered in plain sight. I encourage you to push this demand forward and not merely "watch" these murders occur. Every time you see a video and are asked to "make it go viral" - hand them our petition and ask they do the same! Don't just "talk about it" and "how it needs to end" and don't allow others to talk to you - if there not willing to do something to change it!
