Another shooting where police were shot and killed has taken place! This time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! Witnesses tell of individuals wearing a ski mask and all black, carrying a rifle! Other reports say a suspect was shot dead while two others are on the loose. Promises are made by state officials to give every resource available, in order to the killers to justice. And prayers are offered up to the victims families along with condolences. Murder is a crime beyond repair and restitution. It is final and there can be no mutual exchange. It effects each and every person who hears of it and particularly the victim and their loved ones. It is in light of these things that I say the following; the life of an officer has no "greater value" than the victims whom they've murdered. As such, they ought to be acknowledged, revered and respected for the true victims they have become at the hands of police. For though murdered by law enforcement unjustly, no justice, in any form or fashion has ever been provided. They are the true victims, whose family and loved ones must endure the sympathy's extended to those who took them away forever, who will be allowed every resource available, to get their own brand of justice! Surely, you can see how the "praise of one" and the disdain for the other does not make for better relations. Better relations and the desire to obtain them cannot be based upon an understanding, for murders committed unjustly. They are based upon the willingness of the offending party to correct the wrongs committed. And where no willingness exists hatred is formed against the murders committed and the unwillingness to stop them. It is a recipe for disaster and not one concocted up by the people, but those who have "the power to act" and do not - in favor of police!
