The victim was assaulted, tasered, slammed on a car, pinned to the ground by two officers, who yelled "gun..gun" and shot him several times in the chest! The Civil Rights divisions of the Department of Justice, The U.S. Attorney's Office and the FBI will all be investigating this murder.
