Firstly, I would like to thank every single one of the 119 people to date that have signed in support of this petition. Change.org has relayed to me a complaint filed anonymously that this petition, or at least some aspects of the petition could be defamatory in nature. I have worked diligently to release information and make claims as they pertain to my individual experiences, and backed up with documented proof, however in reviewing some of my posts it is clear that I will need to alter them slightly. I understand that this situation can be upsetting for many people involved, but it does not help our cause to hurl accusations that have not been fully proven; just as I have asked Michael to cease with unsubstantiated claims, I must also ask each of you either remove any comments which could be construed as defamatory or libelous in nature or edit them in order to remove such aspects. We want this process to be undertaken seriously, and through the correct avenues of due process, so that all parties involved can reach an equitable resolution, let's stick to the facts at hand and all will turn out well.
