SAY "NO" TO HOME CARE NURSE REQUEST FOR EARLY "COMPASSIONATE RELEASE" FROM FEDERAL PRISON

The Issue

Our mother, the victim.  La Vang, MN home health RN nurse was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for his admission to stealing her much needed pain medications AND replacing with medications not prescribed to her leaving her to needlessly suffer and almost killing her. He admitted to being a heavy drug addict while practicing as an RN with up to 8 patients prior to our mom reporting medication thefts.  The federal judge, Nancy Brasel gave a very fair sentence due to the severity of this crime and we want to honor her sentence and insist that he serve the entire length of this sentence.  The 18 months is very short in comparison to the extreme pain she suffered then with her praying for God to let her die due to the pain. She continues to suffer from the after affects of this to this day.  The safety and security she once had in her own home will no longer exist. She fears every day for her life and any health care worker.  Where was HIS compassion each and every time he came to see her and stole/replaced her medication? He showed zero regard for her life and admitted he knew what he was doing was harming her each time. Take a look at the investigation on KARE11/NBC

We are asking for your signature to say no to this early "compassionate release" request and show the support for the sentence of 18 months in it's entirety to be served.
