34 year old Reginald Smith of Nassau County who was sentenced to "stay out of trouble", is free to move out of state and do NO jail time for severing a puppies ears and leg with NO anesthesia! We can NOT stand by and watch such animal cruelty go unpunished. This man was not even put on parole so he can move out of state and didn't want to disrupt his plans!!! This is a huge setback for the rights of animals who have no voice and must rely on the legal system to enforce strict laws to prevent such heinous acts. We demand that justice be served and a BETTER example set for the monsters who hopefully will think twice before torturing an animal. Let's remember, these same people can lose that same temper with people!
