Tougher sentences  need for dog theft. A dog is a family member. It’s not an asset or a unit that can be replaced. It’s our best friend. Their is to much heart ache and anxiety out there with  all off the dog and litter thefts. It’s time to recognise the hurt. The stories of ransom, vicious tag removal and litter thefts is at an all time high. It needs to stop.  Please sign.
