When Modi Govt. asks people to give up LPG subsidy for poor middle class people, who should be giving it up? Rich & upper middle class should give it up right? But the fact is, it's the lower middle class & poor people who are mistakenly giving it up. Thanks to messed up IVRS while booking LPG Gas on phone. Previously the first option was to book a Gas cylinder & second option was to change the language, so everybody who didn't understand IVRS was taught to press first option the IVRS says. But now what they've done is, changed their first option to Support giving up LPG Gas subsidy.

The IVRS says "Press 5 to give up your subsidy". Many people who do not understand these terms directly go & press 5 thinking that the first option is to book the Gas. And these are the people who are poor and from very poor background. They end up giving up their LPG subsidy & the rich or upper class people are actually receiving perks of it. It's their right & we have to prevent them from losing it.
