I have requested the prime minister to investigate the subject matter under the Transparency and Personal Accountability of staff on 30-06-2018 which was duly registered and sent to Secy. (F.S.) on 10-07-2018 by the Director Public Grievances but the grievance has been closed without holding any inquiry.
