The letter was registered under reference number DPG/B/2018/00579 2 D.E.A.B but matter is not being investigated or facts are not being verified by the concerned authorities who are supposed to deliver justice even after more than one year.

I strongly believe it as the violation of my  rights i.e. Right to equity , Right to be heard ,Right to seek  redressal and Right to consumer education.

under the circumstances I need your support so that facts can be verified and necessary action against the erring officials can be taken as committed by the Prime Minister under the Transparency and Personal Accountability of staff Policy.
