Kerala is going through a very tough time and it's worst ever flood crisis since a century. As the flood situation continues to deteriorate the death toll has gone beyond 300 and all the districts are under red alert. 

The amount allocated by the Central Government is far less from what is required even for the estimated immediate rectification.
