According to the Indian Penal Code under sexual offences 

• {section 376AB} -"whoever commits penetrative sexual assault on a child below twelve years of age shall be punished with not less than twenty years of imprisonment or  imprisonment for life or with death." 
•  "whoever commits penetrative sexual assault on a child below sixteen  years of age shall be punished with twenty years of imprisonment or imprisonment for life." 
• {section 376DA} - "when a person below  sixteen years is raped by one or more persons (gang rape)  then each of those shall be punished with not less than twenty years of imprisonment or lifetime imprisonment and with fine."

SOLUTION -

• We demand a 'one crime one punishment' law to be implemented .
• remove 'ten year imprisonment' or 'twenty year imprisonment' . We demand either a lifetime imprisonment for the convict or death penalty.
