I had my first relationship with a man at the age of 29 and having family problems and being depressed, he started to take advantage of my mental weakness. He started to play with my mind that he will commit suicide if i didnt go out with him and that he loved me. Though i had feelings i told him, love takes time but he kept playing with me for 3 months. he then started fighting with me and i was so depressed i began to give in to the pressure and i had little support at home. he got a nude video of me and started to blackmail me and threatening me into having sexual relations. he got a video of me saying my false were promises and that it was a token of promise that i would marry him only and not leave him and when i fell for it, i found myself under attack and threats from day one. my case is filed since 2013 and though the incident took place in 2012-2013 and he continues to harass me via facebook and mails and break into my accounts, police does little to help. he still has my video which has not been recovered. and recently he has stolen my pictures too from facebook. he has around 50 pictures of me and i have seen him morphing pictures of other girls. he forced sexual relations and though there was no sexual intercourse my case was not taken seriously - even though he beat me for over a year badly, and forced me into unnatural sex and other sexual activity which was painful. the police has been bad and protecting the accused. i do believe they took money him. The society has been bad and gossiped and not helpful at all. Below are the offences carried out by him and what a surprise - he is a bihari. - he lied about his education and family life. i met his family and his mother and sister and they lied about his father not knowing about me. now they all defend him. he forced fingers in my vagina and anus for over 6 months which was painful and beat me if i screamed or refused. all this happened in navi mumbai, MS. due to fear of my video i put up with all this. 

1. lied to me about committing suicide, pressurised me mentally and emotionally to get involved in relationship
2. forced me to give video on basis of questioning my loyalty and commitment and promise to marry
3. started blackmailing me and beating me for sex with the threat to post and distribute video
4. took over my facebook (2012, 2013)
5. forced me into unnatural sex and attempted rape. beat me severly since 2012-2013 and verbal abuse (bad words and insults and threats to hurt my family).
6. sent me for virginity tests to hospital (2 times, one time came with me - fortis, vashi)
7. sent me abusive messages for 1.5 years on phone and facebook
8. submitted false computer and evidence to police in case of video
9. threatened me of the video again after the case was registered
10. hacked into my facebook again after on bail and has logged into my account over 200-300 times since 2013.
11. stolen my new pictures from facebook
12. made several fake profiles with my name on the internet (linkedin, facebook, youtube and google+)
13. sent me vulgar, sexual and abusive messages on facebook since out on bail via several fake profiles and closes the profiles after wards. abusing me via facebook since out on bail.
14. threatened me with guns via 2 fake profiles. also threatened that he had all my personal information and documents which he asked to show him when he lied about marriage, he would misuse my identity. get me in some problem using my name.
15. stalking me physically at night, riding on motorcycle in my area at night
16. got request from a fake profile on facebook with stating the person being in my area and looking for me, saying cant see me, are you hiding from me.
17. he has over 50-100 profiles on facebook fake (sexual, explicit pictures, morphed pictures, disturbing images and with threats).
18. emails in 2013 - threatning to cause me problems in future, with regards to video and life threat.
19. he threatened me right from the beginning of killing my parents or family members if i didnt obey him.
20. got several messages on my phone number from bihar numbers - teasing me of my problems and took the sim out, NC is done.
21. he subscribed my email on various dirty porn and sex related websites with my name. got one email one day before his date in the thane court with a woman with a naked photo of herself - threatening me of video.

he continues to harass me online and i am trying to work with a lawyer but everyone only wants money so i need help from the government. i am a well educated girl with hard work and employment history and depression led me in a bad place. 

I urge the government - PM Modi to take the following steps to help women in india as majority of men in this country are sex addicts and mis use the internet or rape. If the PM takes stand, these offenders will be afraid. 

1. End Porn in India or nudity sites. Not allow users to upload or transfer nude videos or pictures on sites or abroad.

2. If someone uploads any private images or videos without the persons consent, they must be given same punishment as rape and we say - death penalty. When u expose a woman to the world, he life ends !! So it must be with the offenders. The Muslim country of Israel has take step to protect dignity of their woman and it is applaudable. 

3. Police in this country must be taught to be supportive and not be bad to the victims. System must be in place to ensure police does no injustice to the victim and doesnt take bribe from either side. Also government can increase the salary of police to prevent bribe and also flat hierarchy to prevent any officer being prejudiced against a victim or doing injustice to the victim.

4. Organizations must be started in society to help women/victims of rape or sexual assault. And they must be funded by government independent of the police with no influence so there is no corruption and clean help and support to victims is available. They must be paid well so they dont corrupt.

5. I also feel the government should allow police to give third degree treatments to individuals who wont stop harassing victims after out on bail and break laws. Someone has to step up to stop this harassment and protect the individuals. 

6. Special rights and protection must be given to women that are not married or families with only daughters. 

This will protect the women of this country and families like mine with only girls, our parents wont be dying of tension and stress with no one to help. It will help the men behave and not be animals or take advantage of women that are vulnerable. Or there shall be a time of no innocent people in our society. what we allow, a country becomes. India = country of rapists, perverts and women beaters !! End corruption. Start a campaign - Respect our women !! I am using another name for anonymity. 

As you end revenge porn, girls and women committing suicide due to revenge porn will be protected and have a chance to live and the culprits will be worried. We need the good men to stand. I need help before i die. I am harassed and cant get away, he breaks into my accounts and i worry if he will post the video in future or m husband in future to destroy my life. he is a sick man. please help.
