All child rape cases should have death penaty of proven in a week the medical test or examination mustmust be verified one of the highest officer of central govt or state and each state must have few officers. . It shud be reverified by another similar officer or judge from another state. . The reverification officer shud be randomly chosen from any state and must be strict and shud verify details with all possibilities if medically proven culprits must get death penalty in a month. . All verification and checkup and report must be verified within 15 -45 days depending upon severity of case
