I am one of the helpless buyer of total 465 buyers who have booked their dream home at Guruashish's "THE MEADOWS" project in Goregaon west, Mumbai,  9 years back in 2010. The construction has stopped since almost 8 years now. The project is part of Patrawala Chawl redevelopement by Mhada.

Most of us have availed bank homeloans to fulfill the dreams of our family and continue to fight till date for our homes inspite of making all the payment towards builders demand on time. There are many senior citizens who have put in all their life savings in this project. Many of us are not only paying EMIs but also paying rentals every month which has made living more difficult . We have knocked every possible door (high court, EOW & police) to get the justice but still awiating for the work to start. So thought of bringing this to the notice @pmo office on behalf of 400 odd buyers stranded for the possession of their flats.

please help us get our houses.
