The Napa Planned Parenthood Health Center has provided essential, affordable health care services to our community for decades. But the sidewalk outside of the Napa health center has been congested with aggressive protestors for years, denying many patients access to the care they deserve. 

We are calling on Napa City Council and Mayor Sedgley to finally pass a safety buffer zone ordinance. This ordinance would prohibit the following: 

• Follow or harass any person within 30 feet of any entrance of a building containing a reproductive health care facility
• Impede access to or departure from any entrance to a building containing a reproductive health care facility
• Shout, or cause to be produced any amplified sound beyond the volume of a conversational speaking voice

This is about the safety of our community members and friends. The purpose of government is to protect and provide for its people, and we ask that the Napa city council prioritize the protection and safety of your constituents.
