The Issue

We have all been there, dozing in class, hardly possessing enough sleep. Addition to the absent of motivation to even focus on class session. We absorbed more on attempting to keep our eyes open rather than the actual curriculum getting taught. There is a need in time or class for students as well as teachers to rest up along on staying on course.   And this is certainly not just regarding students, but in addition to the teachers as well as professors nay enough energy to lecture learners. Although others may propose that students as faculty want an “excuse” from not doing work. On that occasion, what is more important? Health or jamming lectures in exhausted brains? Therefore, nap time should have been continued.
“Health benefits and the ability to retain information better are just two positives of adding a nap to the schedule. According to studies, students who slept only five hours at night, but were given a 1 1/2-hour nap, did better remembering pictures and facts than the students who slept 6 1/2 hours a night. Nap time will be a positive to both teachers and students and their futures too.”
From “High School and Nap Time.” By “Meg Zumwalt.”
From this passage, in addition to nap time, we can retain fulfilling information from a fresh nap rather than having no rest stop. And this will not only help your memory strength but also your health too. This is why we should have continued to keep nap time in order to benefit students and teachers in the education system.
Nap time will be the opportunity to really change the school system for the better of the curriculum and health of students as well as staff. School was not created to put stress on people but rather learn something out of it. Nap time can be the solution to sleep deprived stress. Nap time can shape the school curriculum. And a cozy nap could pave the way for a good future.
