Stop the SEC & Gary Gensler's Attack on Innovation

The Securities and Exchange Commission and Chairman Gary Gensler must not be allowed to harm investors any longer. Beyond the extreme monetary damages inflicted on everyday citizens, the SEC is driving important infrastructure overseas. What if we allowed a few renegade regulators to stifle innovation of the internet era?
We Just Want Clear and Uniform Rules
Yesterday Chairman Gensler was asked by Congress if Bitcoin and Ethereum are securities. His answer was, "No, I'm not going to get into any one token". If Congress can not get a clear answer, how can the general public? If Chairman Gensler can't give regulatory certainty to the top two assets, how can we move forward in a meaningful way?
The SEC Is The Biggest Risk
The one wildcard that a crypto investor can not predict is the actions of the SEC. They are more dangerous than any hacker or bad actor in the space. The regulator that is supposed to protect investors has become our biggest threat. We do not want the wild west of the past. We want clear rules and a regulated space so we can invest with confidence and industry can adopt this technology. The US must be a leader in blockchain technology or play catch up with the rest of the world.
The Solution is Easy
Before the SEC can continue with any enforcement actions we need written guidance that is disseminated to the public. Chairman Gensler insist the rules are clear, but he is the only one with access to the unwritten law. The rest of the world is left in the dark.
