Limiting the access of dogs at GGNRA will critically and negatively impact me and my family's quality of life. There is already a very limited amount of space for dogs in San Francisco. I rely on the space that is available to exercise and socialize my dogs. My dogs have become smarter and better behaved animals from the time they have spend outside at Fort Funston, Alamo Square, Dubose Park and Crissy Field. I bring my dogs to one of those spaces at least 2-3 times a week. Specially, Fort Funston is a must for my family. We bring our two active dogs there every weekend. Not only is it good for my dogs' general quality of life, it is also a very special time for me and my husband. It's a way for us to get outside as a family of four and bond together. We love this tradition and would be devastated if Fort Funston was not available or if off leash was restricted. There is no other place like Fort Funston in San Francisco that can provide my dogs and family this experience. It is one of a kind and very important to us. Please keep the GGNRA accessible to my two best friends Sadie and Rex.
