The great state of California should give back to those who choose to adopt shelter pets. Tax credits should be provided to people who adopt animals. Pet owners would be given a $175.00 credit for each animal they adopt in state. This is a great incentive to adopt and not shop. Help animals find their forever homes and sign this petition.
