For over a decade, I had the privilege of working alongside Tim Adams, a close friend and an incredible coach. Tim dedicated 35 years to serving as the Athletic Director of Cheraw, South Carolina, where he molded athletes, imparted fundamental skills, and coached with passion. Tim Adams was an exceptional, selfless individual, always willing to stay late and work one-on-one with young athletes to help them improve and grow.

Beyond the athletic department, Tim served as the football coach for the local high school team, where he led them to achieve two outstanding state championships. His commitment to his team and community was unparalleled, and his impact has been deeply felt throughout our town. Tim's dedication and achievements have earned him the respect and admiration of countless individuals in Cheraw.

In honor of his remarkable contribution to our community and his legacy of uplifting young athletes, we propose naming a baseball field or a gym in Cheraw after Tim Adams. This gesture would serve as a lasting tribute to his dedication and the immense influence he had on our town's youth and sports culture.
