October 30: Rahejas have still not completed their Raheja Atharva, Raheja Navodaya & Raheja Vedaanta projects, and finally 43 buyers from Raheja Atharva have sued them in the National Consumer Disputes & Redressal Commission http://qubrex.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/25-q08-Raheja-National-COnsumer-Commission-5-cases-now-Query-Report_20141005192726-1024x403.jpg Another case of a Raheja Navodaya has been filed in October 2014.
In addition to petitions, to protests, and raising the issue in the media, the levers of the legal system have to be used. Vedaanta buyers are also planning to file a lawsuit and must do it soon. As the courts are clogged, and the Navodaya case has been given a hearing date on May 15, 2015 it is essential that the court cases be filed well in time. The courts will provide justice, but it is the delay that may cost many dearly. http://qubrex.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/q08-Raheja-Chief-Justice-HL-Dattu.jpg
Even as the Raheja Developers are not completing their older projects, they are busy launching new projects - a list of which was helpfully provided by the builder as follows. http://qubrex.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/q08-Raheja-Projects-upcoming-in-Pavan-Duggal-Notice-1024x662.jpg
Rahejas are able to launch and sell new projects because new buyers do not know the reality of the performance of the Raheja Developers. The builder has an effective media and digital strategy, and are even going to the extent of buying facebook likes to mislead buyers into thinking that they are very liked .... From the image given below of the facebook page of Raheja Developers in the week of October 20, 2014 on a single day they got 635 likes, and zero like on other days !! Also, if you look at the most engaged people, it turns out that they are in Istanbul, Turkey and their age group is 18-24 years !! These people are too young to be buying property, and it is suspicious that there is so much interest in Istanbul for Raheja properties. http://qubrex.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/22-q08-raheja-facebook-fake-likes-2014-10-20_052133.png
