Shabana Hussain of Forbes India has written an article "It's Builders Vs Buyers in the Indian Real Estate Industry" describing how Raheja & Triveni have been harassing people who have been criticizing them for violating buyer commitments & indulging in malpractices. And as she rightly says, "an easier way to regain the trust of the buyer would be through timely delivery of projects." That is what our petition is. Instead of getting embroiled in Kathputli Colony and any new projects/launches Raheja Developers should first complete all their long pending projects. And this means getting the Completion Certificate for their projects ASAP. Getting a conditional Occupancy Certificate for a few towers in a project is just the 10th step in a 100 step journey for the buyers.
